Presenter Requirements

We partner with skilled, passionate presenters who believe in meaningful CE — not just checking a box. Must be licensed in your field or have five or more years experience post licensure.

Who We're Looking For

Presenters who make learning come alive

CE for the Soul is only as good as the people who stand in front of the room. We seek licensed professionals with real expertise, genuine warmth, and the ability to make continuing education feel like it actually matters.

Our attendees are smart, experienced clinicians. We're looking for presenters who can respect the audience and bring something genuinely valuable — content that sticks, delivered in a way that resonates. No power points. Just talking from your wealth of knowledge and including the attendees in your presentation.

Requirements

What we look for in a presenter

Professional Qualifications

  • Active licensure as an LPC, LSW, LCSW, or equivalent mental health credential
  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical or supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in the proposed topic area
  • No current licensing board disciplinary actions

Presentation Qualifications

  • Prior experience presenting CE-accredited content preferred
  • Ability to design learning objectives aligned with CE approval standards
  • Engaging, interactive facilitation style — not lecture-only
  • Content must be evidence-based and clinically applicable

Content Requirements

  • Sessions are typically 3 hours with a short break
  • Topics must be relevant to LPC, LSW, or LCSW practice
  • Presenter must provide slide deck and handout materials in advance
  • Pre-approved by CE for the Soul prior to the retreat

Commitment & Logistics

  • Presenter participates in the full retreat as a guest (meals and lodging included)
  • Conflict of interest disclosure required prior to approval
  • Speaker agreement and biography must be submitted by our deadline
  • Travel expenses are the presenter's responsibility unless otherwise negotiated

If selected, you'll submit learning objectives and an outline for CE approval review.
